In specific situations, ShippingEasy will remove old, unshipped orders from an account. This is to ensure that the system is performing at optimal speed for active shippers.
If you cannot find an old, unshipped order in ShippingEasy it could have been removed for one of the following reasons:
- Account has not shipped in the last 60 days: unshipped orders older than 180 days will be removed.
- Starter plan subscriber has not shipped in the last 30 days: unshipped orders older than 60 days will be removed. Find out if you are on the Starter plan.
- Account has been cancelled: unshipped order older than 60 days will be removed.
TIP: Edit an unshipped order within the specified time frame to prevent removal.
