Overview: Campaigns Page

Our Campaigns page is designed to give you a snapshot of what campaigns you have and how they are performing. Here you can create a new campaign, as well as filter to control which campaigns are displayed. Metrics such as total sent and revenue generated are also viewable on this page.

Campaign Filters

1. Create Campaign

Get started on your next campaign by selecting this button. Learn more.

2. Campaign Status filters

Filter to see Campaigns in varying states of progress. Learn More.

  • Recent - Emails for the campaign are being sent. This process can take a while, depending on the number of recipients.
  • Draft - The campaign has been created, but not yet scheduled to be sent.
  • Scheduled - The campaign has been scheduled but no emails have been sent yet.
  • Completed - All emails for the campaign have been sent.
  • Active - The Automated Campaign is "on" and being dripped to qualifying customers.
  • Paused - The Automated Campaign has been setup, but is not being actively sent at the moment.
  • On Hold - The campaign could not be sent or scheduled to be sent because your ShippingEasy account did not have an adequate number of email credits.
  • Flagged - Sending of campaign emails was stopped because of a high number of spam reports by the recipients of the emails that were sent.

Campaign Metrics

1. Campaign Type  Sort campaign list by selecting to view All, Regular or Automated campaigns.
2. Search  Use our Keyword Search to find your campaigns quickly and easily.
3. Sort By filter

Filter campaigns by an additional set of values.

  • Creation Date: Sort campaigns by the creation date, beginning with the most recent.
  • Date Sent: Sort campaigns by the date sent, beginning with the most recent
  • Campaign Status: Sort campaigns by status. Ordering appears as follows: Pause, Active, Complete, Draft
  • Name: Sort campaign names to appear alphabetically.
  • Revenue Generated: Sort by greatest to least revenue generated.
4. Campaign List

List view of the campaigns you have created. Click the name of a campaign that has results to see additional details about the campaign.

5. Campaign Status

6. Results of Campaigns

The values indicate the deliver status and customer interaction of each campaign. Learn more.

  • Total sent - The total number of emails sent by ShippingEasy for the campaign.
  • Opened - For recipients who can be tracked, this is the number of recipients who opened the campaign email. Learn more.
  • Clicked - The number of click events across all recipients of the email message. Learn more.
  • Revenue - Total amount of revenue generated to date by the campaign.
7. View Report
Link to view additional interactions your customers had with this Campaign on the Campaign Results page.
8. Actions This dropdown gives Automated Campaigns the option to Pause or Activate.
Regular Campaigns will see the option to delete.
