Overview: Campaigns Page

1. Search  Use our Keyword Search to find your campaigns quickly and easily.
2. Reset Filters  Remove any filtering options you have selected.
3. Campaign Status filter 

 Filter to see Campaigns in varying states of progress. Learn More.

  • Draft - The campaign has been created, but not yet scheduled to be sent.
  • Scheduled - The campaign has been scheduled but no emails have been sent yet.
  • In Progress - Emails for the campaign are being sent. This process can take a while, depending on the number of recipients.
  • Complete - All emails for the campaign have been sent.
  • On Hold - The campaign could not be sent or scheduled to be sent because your
    ShippingEasy account did not have an adequate number of email credits.
  • Flagged - Sending of campaign emails was stopped because of a high number of spam reports by the recipients of the emails that were sent.
4. Created Date filter Enter a start and end date to view campaigns created during that time period.
5. Results per Page Select to view 100, 200 or 500 campaigns per page.
6. Create Campaign Get started on your next campaign by selecting this button. Learn more.
7. Results of Campaigns The values indicate the deliver status and customer interaction of each campaign. Learn more.
  • Total Emails - The total number of emails sent in the campaign.
  • Delivered - The count of emails where the request to send and deliver the email resulted in the email being accepted by the receiving server.
  • Bounced - The number of email message returned to the server as undeliverable. 
  • Unsubscribed - The number of email recipients who clicked the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email message to be removed from future marketing email communications.
  • Clicked - The number of emails from the campaign that resulted in a link from that email being clicked (opened). 
  • Opened - The number of emails from the campaign that were opened by the recipient. 
  • Spam Complaints - Number of recipients who reported the email message as spam.
8. Campaign List List view of the campaigns you have created. Click the name of a campaign that has results to see additional details about the campaign.
9. Sort Pages  Toggle quickly between pages of your campaigns using the Prev/Next buttons.
