How to use ShippingEasy with Navigator SAP I-Connect

How does it work?

i-Connect Shipping works with 3rd party integration companies like ShippingEasy to allow for shipping from FedEx, UPS, and Endicia accounts. When an SAP document is ready to ship, just push the document details to the ShippingEasy portal where a list of open documents to ship will be displayed. After processing each shipment, shipping labels are printed either from the Web Service portal or SAP itself, allowing you to complete the shipment from start to finish. You can view tracking numbers, tracking status, and shipping costs directly in the SAP marketing documents.

How do I troubleshoot sync errors and issues?

Use the i-Connect log to troubleshoot ecommerce sync errors and issues.

You have 4 days to fix an error before the system will forget the error. We will then have to manually push an order if it does not exist in SAP.

Log history only extends out to 10,000 error message logs. It auto deletes after 10,000 logs.
