What is E-USPS DELCON INTL?

E-USPS DELCON INTL refers to a specific USPS international tracking service: Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International service. It may also be called E-DelCon Service.

Any shipment with this service may be tracked to the destination. Tracking information includes the date and time an article was delivered or, if delivery was attempted but not completed, the date and time of the delivery attempt.

E-DelCon Service is restricted to certain destinations as well as service and package types.

Services eligible for Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International:

Priority Mail International:
  • Small Flat Rate Box
  • Flat Rate Envelopes (excluding Flat Rate Gift Card Envelope)
First Class International Package Service:
  • Thick envelope
  • Package
NOTE: most other USPS International services, including Priority Mail Express International, with a tracking number will only be traceable until they reach the International Service Center (ISC). Once ineligible shipments depart the US, their tracking will cease to update. With exception, shipments eligible for ECOMPRO can be tracked to the destination. Learn more.
