ShippingEasy keeps track of specific events during the lifecycle of an order. For example, when an order is included on a pick list or has a shipment label created.
Information about these events is available in ShippingEasy and can be helpful when you are trying to determine why a shipment label printed (or did not get printed).
To review the event history:
- Navigate to the SETTINGS page.
- Click on EVENT HISTORY under the ACCOUNT SETTINGS column.
- Enter an order number.
- Click the SEARCH button.
The event history for the specified order is displayed in a table, with the most recent event listed first.
What does Event History show me?
