Examine Event History for an Order | How To

ShippingEasy keeps track of specific events during the lifecycle of an order. For example, when an order is included on a pick list or has a shipment label created.

Information about these events is available in ShippingEasy and can be helpful when you are trying to determine why a shipment label printed (or did not get printed).

Find out what data is available in Event History.

Review the Event History for an Order

  1. Navigate to the SETTINGS page.

  2. Click on EVENT HISTORY under the ACCOUNT SETTINGS column.

  3. Enter an order number.

  4. Click the SEARCH button.

The event history for the specified order is displayed in a table, with the most recent event listed first.
