When we're not online to help or you just have a quick question, ShippingEasy Answers is here to help! The Answers tool enables you to search our extensive Knowledge Base directly in your account! Easily find answers to all of your shipping FAQs, follow our step-by-steps, find tips to optimize your account, and more. It is all of the information you need, where you need it most.
How to use the Answers feature:
- Select the blue [ ? Help Center ] icon from the bottom right corner of any page in the app to get started.
- Once you select the icon, a help window will expand.
- Our Recommended Features has guides to walk you through setting up the basics of your account so you don't have to worry about missing a step.
- Our Frequently Asked Questions option links to our extensive Knowledge Base. Various suggested articles will show depending on where in the app you opened it. You can also search your keywords there.

- Paid subscribers (Basic and above plans) will see links to email, call, or chat in the upper left corner in app.
