How to: Remove the Inventory Integration from my subscription

ShippingEasy's Inventory management solution is a great way to keep track of your stock levels across all your platforms in one place. Learn more about this feature.

Of course, if you’d rather keep track of this outside of ShippingEasy, you can disable this feature.

To remove the Inventory Integration from your plan:

  1. Navigate to the SETTINGS page from anywhere in your account.

  2. Click on SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING.

  3. Under the Plan Selection tab, scroll to the bottom to the Available Add-Ons section:

  4. Toggle the Inventory management option to OFF.

  5. Check the box under Are you sure you want to remove Inventory Management? Then, select any reasons that apply to that decision and leave feedback.

  6. Select the blue Remove Inventory Management button.
